The story of the Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein begins with the daughter of a policeman (Sai Joshi ). She had to become a doctor because her mother died due to cancer and she wanted to devote her life to saving them, but she was from a very poor family and lived with her parents in a village with her father who never cared for her life.
